The other story left me with cracked, not quite shattered pieces inside. This one made me warm.

There's this quiet joy, that's almost desperate in the sense of too much wanting from both, that echoes through this, and gives me that tight overly emotional heat in my chest. THIS ONE made me cry. THIS ONE hit way too close to home for me.

I wrote this one first, and it really is the most personal thing I've ever written. Then I wrote "Inside" immediately afterwards, so I guess they are almost companion pieces, or mirrors.

It's an odd feeling, having this story sitting unlocked on my journal, and on the slashababy site, like I should be guarding my story more somehow.
